1. Controller

2. What data we collect

This website does not contain any forms and does not collect personal data directly from visitors. Our hosting provider(s) automatically record standard server access log data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser type) for security purposes. If self-hosted analytics (Umami) is enabled, it records aggregated usage statistics — page views, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, device type, and country — without placing tracking cookies and without storing raw IP addresses.

3. Cookies

We use a single consent-preference cookie to remember whether you have accepted our cookie notice. This cookie is technically necessary and does not require consent under §25 TTDSG. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

4. Analytics

If enabled, this site uses Umami — a self-hosted, open-source analytics platform — to understand how visitors use the website. Umami does not use cookies. To count unique daily visitors it stores a session key in your browser's localStorage: a hash derived from your IP address, user agent, and a server-side salt that rotates daily. Your raw IP address is not stored, and no data is shared with third parties. Because the session key is derived from personal data (IP address), GDPR applies on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding site usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object to this processing at any time by contacting us.

5. Hosting and service providers

Your data is processed exclusively within the European Union. Website hosting, the domain new-age-defence.com, and outbound email — IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (ionos.de) and/or Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (hostinger.com), with servers in Germany, under a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Analytics — Umami, self-hosted on our own infrastructure; no data is transferred to third parties. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Under GDPR you have the right to:
